Job descriptionRole Summary : You will be the Head of Design at a health assurance company, responsible for shaping the future of their healthcare and insurance products. This is a leadership position that requires a blend of creative, managerial, and operational skills to own the end-to-end user journey. Key Responsibilities : You'll provide leadership to a team of designers and UX researchers, driving large initiatives and fostering a strong design culture of experimentation and research. You will work closely with founders and heads of product and engineering to shape the long-term product roadmap. A key part of your role is to mentor and nurture your team, leading by example in critiques and maintaining a collaborative studio culture. Required Skills : The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in designing software products, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. You should have a hybrid designer-PM mindset and deep expertise in all parts of digital product design, from problem-solving to visual design. A solid grasp of UX research and service design is also essential
