Position : Head of Design & Development

Responsibilities :

• Design & Strategy Leadership : Lead the research of market and global design trends to define suitable themes and strategies for all projects.
• Consultant Management : Select, manage, and evaluate the performance of architectural and design consultants, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Design & Coordination : Oversee the development of conceptual and detailed designs (e.g., façade, landscaping, interiors) and ensure seamless integration with structural and MEPF consultants.
• On-site Supervision & Quality Control : Provide continuous on-site and off-site support to ensure construction aligns with design inputs, master plans, and quality parameters.
• Financial Management : Develop design and development plans to maximize land asset value and implement value engineering.
Qualifications :
• B.Arch.
• 25+ years of work experience.
• Proven experience leading the architecture design function for multiple projects and locations.
• Extensive design experience with large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• We are prioritizing candidates with experience from an architectural consulting firm.
