About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and seasoned Design Head to lead our Interior Architecture vertical, focused on corporate office interiors. This is a strategic leadership role that combines design excellence with team mentorship and high-level client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp design eye, strong execution mindset, and proven experience delivering end-to-end corporate workplace solutions across diverse scales.Key Responsibilities1. Design Leadership
- Establish and uphold the overall design direction and quality benchmarks.
- Guide and review design teams to ensure alignment with client vision, concept integrity, and creative excellence.
- Solve complex design challenges with a clear and innovative approach.2. Strategic Client Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand their goals, culture, and aspirations.
- Present design strategies and narratives with confidence and clarity.
- Build long-term partnerships through impactful delivery and client trust.3. Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead and inspire a team of architects and interior designers.
- Encourage a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Define and implement team workflows, review systems, and design protocols.4. Project Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Oversee multiple workplace projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct design reviews, material audits, and on-site quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design specifications.5. Innovation & Trends
- Stay ahead of global design trends, sustainable practices, and technology in workplace design.
- Promote research-based and data-driven design solutions.
- Champion the integration of user experience and well-being into design thinking.6. Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate with BD, project management, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to align vision and execution.Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating project ownership, creativity, and functional solutions.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Deep knowledge of workspace ergonomics, sustainability, and compliance codes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making abilities.
