Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Sourcing :
• Utilize multiple platforms, job boards, social media, networks etc. to find potential candidates.
• Actively reach out to passive candidates, building relationships and creating talent pipelines.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews :
• Review resumes, portfolios and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Client Communication :
• Work closely with clients to understand project requirements.
• Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts.
• Assist in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management :
• Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Market Research Strategy :
• Stay up-to-date with trends in gig economy and freelance market.
• Advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
