Job Title : Freelance Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing :
- Utilize multiple platforms, job boards, social media, networks etc. to find potential candidates.
- Actively reach out to passive candidates, building relationships and creating talent pipelines.
- Candidate Screening and Interviews :
- Review resumes, portfolios and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
- Client Communication :
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements.
- Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts.
- Assist in defining job descriptions and requirements.
- Contract Management :
- Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
- Market Research Strategy :
- Stay up-to-date with trends in gig economy and freelance market.
- Advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
Requirements :
Proven experience as recruiter preferably with focus on freelancing or contract roles.Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Familiarity with various industries technology marketing creative etc is plus.Ability to manage multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively.Preferred Qualifications :
