Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
This is a critical role providing extensive recruiting solutions and strategy to assigned divisions / departments. The successful candidate will own full recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer process.
- Owning full-cycle recruiting experience from product orgs or high-growth tech environments.
- Maintaining data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed.
- Representing the firm with integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing and hiring top talent across geographies.Building diverse pipelines of candidates using creative sourcing channels.Collaborating with teams to understand hiring needs and proactively translating them into positive candidate and interviewer experiences.Requirements :
5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.Postgraduate degree is mandatory.Experience working with sales teams and hiring for sales roles, including strategic, presales, business development, business strategy, and marketing roles.Passion for technology and digital currency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Research experience and proven track record of delivering against goals within deadlines.Strong talent sourcing experience across geographies.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments.Desired Candidate Profile :
Highly organized and responsive to variety and volume of responsibility.Communicative and able to engage and provide advisory cover to senior stakeholders, managers, and employees.Comfortable working in ambiguous circumstances to forge innovation and ideas.Proficient at analyzing people-related data sets to draw out answers / themes and advanced user of MS Excel.Creative and willing to try new ideas.Knowledgeable about talent acquisition / HR practices.Service-oriented with proven project management and organizational skills.Advanced Excel skills, including expert knowledge in using macros.Strong analytical skills and ability to review and present analytics to influence decisions.Detail-oriented and able to deliver analysis.
