Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to join our sales team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for

lead generation through cold calling , initial client outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for the business development team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct

cold calls

to potential clients across targeted industries and geographies.

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for the senior sales or pre-sales teams.
  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings.
  • Follow up on email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in
  • inside sales / B2B cold calling / lead generation

    (preferably in IT, SaaS, or Engineering solutions).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • (English proficiency required).

  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured sales conversations.
  • Self-motivated,
  • target-driven,

    and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Experience in selling
  • software, automation, or engineering technology solutions .

  • Exposure to international markets
  • (US, Europe, or APAC).

  • Knowledge of tools like
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo , or similar lead databases.
