Inside Sales Executive

Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's technical degree preferred Minimum experience in sales or telemarketing preferred (At least a year) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and influence others Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work flexible hours Health Insurance Learning and development Maternity and Paternity leaves Friendly peers & coworkers Wellness Program Perks & Bonuses Lifestyle benefits (Work life balance & mobility) .
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers according to provided scripts and guidelines and setup
- Meetings for sales team
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections
- Explain the benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Record all calls made and maintain accurate records in the company's database
- Follow up with potential customers as necessary
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for reaching potential customers
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer reactions and response to marketing campaigns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers
