Shift Timings : 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST (cab services provided)

Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our IT Services team. This is a US-shift , individual contributor role where you will be responsible for lead generation , international B2B sales , and business development for services like cloud migration , web development , mobile app development , and Microsoft-based solutions .
You will work closely with our global prospects, primarily in the US market , to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive service-based sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
- Handle B2B sales engagements targeting international markets (especially US clients ).
- Pitch IT service offerings like cloud services, Microsoft solutions, web & mobile app development .
- Engage with key decision-makers and schedule qualified sales meetings or demos.
- Maintain CRM records and update the sales pipeline consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, technical) to build custom proposals and presentations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements :
2 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development for IT Services .Prior experience in international B2B sales (preferably for US clients).Proven ability in lead generation, cold calling, and handling service-based solution pitches.Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, M365) and IT services sales cycle.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.Willingness to work in US shift timings (6 : 00 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST) .Preferred Skills :
Experience in selling Microsoft-based solutions or working with Microsoft partner companies.Understanding of cloud migration, managed services, SaaS-based solutions, or digital transformation offerings.Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently and close qualified leads.Why Join Infojini?
