Insurance Broker Job Description : The Manager – Bancassurance will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing bancassurance partnerships with banks and financial institutions. The role involves driving sales of insurance products through partner channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Insurance Broker Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

Drive sales of insurance products through bank partners in line with set targets.

Identify opportunities to enhance product penetration across customer segments.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability in the bancassurance vertical.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank leadership, branch managers, and staff.

Act as a liaison between the company and bancassurance partners to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance tracking with partner banks.

Operational Excellence

Ensure timely issuance of policies, documentation, and servicing of customer requirements.

Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Monitor and report business performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
