Hiring : Team Leader (Back Office)– Property & Casualty / Mortgage / Underwriting / Claims / Denial

Location : Noida, Sector 2

Open Positions : 15

Salary : ₹7–8 LPA

Experience : Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader / Domain Trainee / Management trainee / SME or any equivalent to team handling

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team handling complex insurance or BPO processes

Drive team performance through coaching, monitoring, and structured reviews

Ensure process compliance, quality, and client satisfaction

Support escalations, reporting, and continuous process improvements

Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Team Leader OR SME OR any equivalent to team handling

Prior experience in P&C insurance or Mortgage / Underwriting / Claims / Denial complex international processes

Strong people management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proven ability in process improvement and performance management
