Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sales and marketing strategies to target customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients.
  • Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
  • Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and solutions to upper management.
  • Set and achieve sales goals and on quarterly / yearly basis.

Skill And Experience Required

  • Graduate in Chemical Engineering or master's in chemistry (M.Sc.) from renowned institute with good academic performance.
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, R&D organisations and academia.
  • Basic understanding of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Good written, verbal communication and presentation skill.
  • Experience about preparing techno commercial proposals for the customer.
  • Ability to Learn the technical details about our products (Flow Chemistry Products- Reactor, dosing pumps and Heating-Cooling Circulator / Bath) and what problems it solves for our clients.
  • Experience of 5- 10 years in Sales / Business Development
  • Additional experience of working as a process engineer or application engineer is an added advantage.
