5+ years hands-on application support experience in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting contemporary SaaS / Cloud platforms
Strong understanding of data integration concepts
Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal / written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise
Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification / mitigation and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively investigate and initiate opportunities for system and business improvement.
Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, end-user guides and technical release notes.
