Application Support Analyst

Technical and Personal Skills :

• 5+ years hands-on application support experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting contemporary SaaS / Cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in an ITIL environment
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal / written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise
• Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification / mitigation and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to proactively investigate and initiate opportunities for system and business improvement.
• Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, end-user guides and technical release notes.
• A desire, passion, and tenacity to set a personal vision and truly make a difference in the work you do with your colleagues. You enjoy a challenge and draw energy from solving problems.
• Aptitude and passion for expanding your expertise as needed by a role and demonstrated self-commitment to maintaining your knowledge of emerging technologies, standards, and frameworks.
