What You’ll Do

💎 Own end-to-end brand strategy & client relationships for luxury / fashion / beauty brands

🎯 Deliver digital-first brand solutions — content, campaigns, influencer, social & e-comm storytelling

📱 Lead Instagram-first content thinking : films, reels, launch campaigns, creator collabs

✨ Plan seasonal launch calendars, content pillars, luxury-tone messaging & creative frameworks

🔥 Build integrated digital strategies with creative, social, media, and production teams

📊 Review performance, decode insights, and recommend next-phase strategies

🌐 Champion luxury-level execution — precision, detail, storytelling, finish

🚀 Identify upsell opportunities across digital, tech, content, design, and influencer capabilities

🤝 Mentor and guide a team of brand solutions execs / managers with a creator-first mindset

🪩 Stay tuned into global luxury culture, beauty trends, editorial formats & digital craft

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of account / brand servicing in a digital / creative agency

✅ Experience leading beauty, luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands

✅ Specialist in Instagram content, reels, creator collabs & brand storytelling

✅ Proven ability to manage high-stakes clients & flawless delivery

✅ Sharp aesthetic sense : understands premium tone, visual luxury & editorial polish

✅ Strong strategic & creative thinking — not just “servicing” but brand building

✅ Confident presenter & strong communicator with eye for detail

✅ Team leadership experience — nurturing, coaching, guiding talent

✨ Have worked on premium e-commerce content

📸 Read trends like Vogue, BOF, Highsnobiety, DTC fashion playbooks
