Key Responsibilities :
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members across GPRO Locations and overall site facilities and admin at Mumbai for all Maersk Legal entities.
- Ensuring all local compliances.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Drive Admin Cost saving initiative
- Collaboration with CREM, HSE, Other BUs for space optimization, colocation
- Effective vendor management and make sure no GST loss on Admin vendor
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Who we are looking for :
bachelors / Masters degree in business administration, management, or a related field.Minimum 12 years experience as an administrative managerStrong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.Possess strong leadership and knowledge of MS officeHave the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlinesAbility to work we'll in teams and lead teamsShould be able to drive projects / process improvements and have a cost mindsetSkills Required
