About the Role :

We are seeking an energetic HR Associate with 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources to support and lead critical functions across the HR spectrum, including HR policies and procedures, performance management, benefit management, recruitment, and HR operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive people initiatives enthusiastically.

Responsibilities :

Manage and monitor employee attendance records ensuring accuracy in timesheets.

Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.

Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.

Drive the offer rollout process drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.

Prepare payroll-related reports and statutory requirements.

Conduct periodic checks on accuracy and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Support in handling grievances and disciplinary issues.

Monitor and advise employees and team members on adherence to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assist with planning and execution of employee relocation, including developing policies, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and providing support to employees and their families.

Assist in periodically reviewing and updating HR policies, guides, processes, and procedures.

Stay updated with statutory and compliance requirements to align HR processes.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies, facilitating smooth employee transitions.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications :

MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from a professional services, social impact, or consulting environment.

Skills & Competencies :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven experience with HR management software.

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
