Job descriptionStrong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, and financial products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills. Sales-oriented mindset with proven negotiation abilities. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelors and Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) will be an added 2 to 5 years of experience in broking, financial services, or wealth management. Demonstrated ability in client servicing and achieving sales targets. Prior exposure to managing client portfolios is preferred
Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide financial advice and recommend appropriate investment products.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals and requirements.
- Stay updated on stock market trends, equities, derivatives, and related products.
- Drive sales and revenue targets through proactive client engagement.
- Support branch operations and contribute to smooth day-to-day processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
