Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager or Field Executive located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager or Field Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising clients on home loan options, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, processing loan applications, conducting field visits, and maintaining up-to-date records. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of home loan products and financial services
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems
• Previous experience in the banking or real estate industry is an advantage
