Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tools to ensure accurate tracking, user behavior insights, and data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize campaign performance by refining bidding strategies, audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and ad placements.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad experiences and high-converting landing pages.
- Present actionable insights, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor junior performance marketing team members, fostering a high-performance, growth-driven culture.
- Implement and manage remarketing, automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Understand and apply various attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer journey impacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
MBA in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field (preferred).2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across various formats and platforms.Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) preferred.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, tech, and product teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with other paid channels like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.Knowledge of CRO tools (e., Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely) and marketing automation platforms (e., HubSpot, Marketo)(ref : iimjobs.com)
