About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid marketing
channels that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Firstclub. This role is
perfect for someone who is highly analytical, creative, and excited to experiment with growth
levers in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance channels.
- Continuously monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth.
- Run experiments & A / B tests to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages.
- Work with analytics tools to build dashboards, track KPIs, and share insights with leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging performance platforms.
What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in performance marketing / growth (e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech, Marketing agencies preferred).Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, etc.).Strong data orientation with the ability to translate numbers into insights and action.Creative mindset to experiment with new formats, campaigns, and messaging.Hustler attitude – comfortable working in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
