Recruiters play a vital role in delivering quality talent and exceptional service to our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods : job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Track metrics and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Skills & Experience Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirementsProficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
