Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented recruitment coordinator to support global recruitment teams with strong experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end support for recruiters across regions.
- Schedule interviews across multiple time zones with accuracy.
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics.
- Update recruiting systems with precision.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports and dashboards.
- Support additional projects as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
