Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinator to join our team in supporting global recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This role involves delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through end-to-end coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate high-volume recruiting activities, scheduling interviews with accuracy, managing multiple time zones.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Update and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy, tracking activities and providing regular reports.
Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience with exposure to EMEA, APAC, and PST regions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy.
Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems and ATS software.
