Key Responsibilities – HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes : drafting job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and managing offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, supporting a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain and update HR systems, records, and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support performance, development, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams for accurate and timely payroll administration.
• Assist in delivering employee engagement, inclusion and diversity, and recognition programmes.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects that drive positive organisational change and continuous improvement.
