Valion P.R.E.F.O. has over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Advisory, with a client base of over 1700 families in India and Singapore, and manages combined investments and aggregated assets worth over INR 9600 crores.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager- B to C at myfollo.com. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. Daily tasks will include market research, lead generation, customer engagement, sales presentations, and negotiation. The role requires working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
