for merchants on Shopify, WooCommerce, and AdobeCommerce. Our apps integrate with global carriers like
FedEx, UPS, Delhivery, and Amazon , helping businesses automate and scale their shipping operations.
We’re looking for a
Customer Support Executive
with
2+ years of real experience supporting USA-based B2B customers.
This is
not B2C or telesales
— it’s genuine product and technical support through email, chat, and on-call assistance (no cold calls).
What You’ll Do : Provide
email, chat, and on-call support
to B2B customers (mostly US-based merchants)
Troubleshoot and resolve product and configuration issues for Shopify, WooCommerce, and AdobeCommerce users
Collaborate with internal product and tech teams for escalations and feedback
Maintain structured case records using Zendesk or similar tools
Requirements : Minimum
2 years of B2B SaaS or technical support experience , preferably with US clients
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus
Comfortable working
night shifts (US hours)
Preferred :
Experience using support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
You’ll be working with real merchants — solving meaningful problems every day, not following scripts.
