We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Upwork) — someone who can turn opportunities into conversations through smart proposals, meaningful communication, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

Write personalized, high-quality proposals for Upwork projects related to SEO, PPC, and Web Design.

Identify and shortlist the most relevant opportunities daily.

Communicate with potential clients on Upwork — understand their needs, ask smart questions, and create trust through clarity.

Track and manage proposals (10–15 per day) while maintaining high accuracy and a polite, professional tone.

Work closely with the Sales Head to convert responses into discovery calls.

Constantly learn, apply feedback, and refine your writing and client communication.
