We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and driving growth by leveraging social media tools and strategies.
- Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities through social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Pitch and promote social media marketing services to businesses.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, marketing) to deliver tailored proposals and campaigns.
- Track and report performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
- Attend networking events, online webinars, and client meetings to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or social media services).Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with CRM tools and social media analytics platforms is a plus.Preferred :
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid ad campaigns, and content marketing strategies.Skills Required
