Role Overview
We are seeking a target-driven Business Development Executive / Manager (Events) who will focus on generating leads, driving sales, and acquiring clients for weddings, corporate events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building client relationships, pitching event solutions / services, and closing deals. This role requires excellent networking ability, communication skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events, and other brand activations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Create customized event proposals and sales presentations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the planning and operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in weddings, corporate events, media, or hospitality).Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.High level of self-motivation, networking, and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.Salary & Benefits
