We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our U.S. IT staffing operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, mentoring teams, and driving client satisfaction across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. staffing models, compliance, and recruitment metrics, along with strong leadership and client engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 Recruiters, ensuring consistent achievement of performance metrics.
- Drive recruiter productivity and accountability to meet or exceed expectations.
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and conduct regular training sessions to enhance domain knowledge, technical acumen, and client engagement.Develop and execute career progression and succession planning initiatives.Strategic Recruitment Delivery
Oversee end-to-end recruitment across Finance, Retail, Healthcare, and Life Sciences clients.Demonstrate deep understanding of client business models, technical landscapes, and hiring needs.Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Leaders to align sourcing strategies with client priorities.Client & Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.Serve as the escalation point for client delivery concerns and drive timely resolutions.Operational Excellence
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to assess performance, identify gaps, and set actionable goals.Maintain recruitment process standards focused on quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.Ensure compliance with internal policies and staffing best practices.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.Experience : 10–15 years in IT Recruitment, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership / managerial role.Domain Expertise : Proven success hiring for Finance, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.Technical Inclination : Strong understanding of technical skill sets, emerging technologies, and market trends.Skills & Attributes :Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead teams under pressure in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Energetic, competitive, and resilient mindset with a passion for achieving results.Balanced approach to strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Skills Required
