Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry , with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C hiring models as per client requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Computer Jobs, Yahoo HotJobs, and ATS tools .
- Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
- Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry .Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.) .Previous professional experience collaborating with system integrator (SI) clients.Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools ( Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch , etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong technical understanding of various IT skills and job roles.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Graduates from any discipline are welcome; candidates with technical backgrounds will be preferred.
