About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our technology recruitment team and drive the complete hiring lifecycle for engineering, DevOps, and product roles across the organization. The role requires a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring high-quality hiring within defined timelines.
You will manage a team of recruiters, enforce recruitment process discipline, and partner closely with technical and business leaders to deliver hiring excellence for Comvision's technology functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team & Process Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior and mid-level recruiters focused on technology roles.
- Own and standardize the end-to-end recruitment process , from requisition to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure recruiters follow structured processes for candidate tracking, evaluations, and documentation in the ATS.
- Monitor daily team activities, hiring pipelines, and performance metrics, ensuring timely closures across all open mandates.
2. Strategic & Technical Hiring
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, technical expectations, and team dynamics.Drive hiring for software engineering, DevOps, data, cloud infrastructure, QA, and product management functions.Build strong sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and passive talent mapping.Evaluate technical depth through resume analysis, screening calls, and coordination with interview panels.3. Recruitment Operations & Analytics
Track recruitment KPIs : TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and recruiter productivity.Create dashboards and weekly MIS reports for leadership reviews.Identify process bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements for faster and higher-quality hiring.4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the single point of contact for department heads for all hiring updates.Conduct periodic review meetings with delivery and engineering leads to align hiring priorities.Maintain strong communication channels between recruiters and business teams.5. Market Intelligence & Branding
Keep abreast of tech talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to strengthen employer branding through digital channels and events.Recommend innovative ways to attract high-caliber tech talent.Required Skills & Competencies
6 – 10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead recruitment role managing a team.Strong background in technology hiring (Python, Java, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles and recruiters simultaneously.Deep understanding of sourcing channels, evaluation frameworks, and technical interviews.Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Lever, Recruitee, Greenhouse, etc.) and reporting dashboards.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and act on hiring metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder management across leadership levels.Skills Required
