Responsibilities :
- SAP SD Configuration and Optimization
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes
- Lead and contribute to SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to understand and address business requirements
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD functionalities, including order processing, pricing, billing, and customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD configurations, ensuring the stability and reliability of sales and distribution processes
- Optimize pricing strategies, discount structures, and rebate programs within SAP SD
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilize SAP CRM functionalities to enhance customer relationship management processes
- Integrate CRM processes with SAP SD to improve customer interactions and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals
- Documentation and Training :
- Create and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and best practices
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and proficiency in SAP SD
