Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Participate in S / 4 HANA or Public Cloud implementation projects focusing on SAP SD module.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, converting them into functional specifications and SAP SD configurations.
  • Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities including order-to-cash cycle, pricing, billing, delivery processing, credit management, and shipping.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules (FI, MM, WM, CRM) for seamless integration across processes.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT, ensuring business processes are properly validated.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions to minimize business disruption.
  • Assist in data migration activities, including master data (customers, pricing, material master) setup and validation.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and system process flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3 - 7 years of functional experience in SAP SD module with hands-on S / 4 HANA or Public Cloud implementation experience.
  • Expertise in sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, and credit management.
  • Strong knowledge of integration points between SD and FI / MM / CRM modules.
  • Experience with configuration, testing, and support of SAP SD processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional project team.
  • Good understanding of SAP best practices and business process optimization.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and S / 4 HANA innovations in Sales and Distribution.
  • Experience with EDI, SAP CRM integration, and order-to-cash analytics.
  • SAP SD certification will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and SAP activation methodologies
