Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize the SAP SD module according to business requirements and best practices.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions for order-to-cash processes.
- Support the integration of SAP SD with other modules like MM (Material Management), FICO (Finance and Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management).
- Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for SAP SD processes.
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring they understand and can efficiently use the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues, including order processing, delivery management, pricing, and billing.
- Participate in SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) and assist with data migration activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with business users to continuously improve the SAP SD processes and implement best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with the stabilization phase of projects.
