Job Title : SAP SD / SM Consultant
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled SAP SD / SM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP SD and SM modules.
- Configure and maintain :
1. Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing)
2. Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranties
3. Resource-Related Billing (DP90)
Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules (MM, FI, PM).Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.Support end-user training and documentation.Participate in SAP rollout / implementation projects.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in SAP SD and / or SM modules.Proven experience in configuration and process design.Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows.Experience with SAP R / 3 or S / 4HANA.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP Certification in SD or SM modules.Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules.Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase).Experience with project-based services or field service operations.Benefits :
