Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across departments.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
Design and implement effective onboarding programs.Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in goal setting.Guide employees in career development and growth planning.4. Policy Development & Compliance
Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with current labor laws.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.Collaborate with department heads to enhance technical and soft skills.6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Foster a culture of transparent communication and trust.Address employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and fairness.7. Leave & Attendance Management
Oversee leave processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.Ensure policies align with company standards and labor law.8. Payroll Management
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation and statutory deductions.Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements.9. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate HR databases, attendance, and employee records.Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.Desired Candidate Profile
MBA in HR / Master’s in Human Resource Management5-8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sectorStrong knowledge of HR functions, payroll, leave management, and labor lawsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred)Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic industrial environment.Why Join Chilton?
