Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update MIS reports for HR and Finance teams.
- Assist in HR activities including staff coaching, presentations, and training sessions.
- Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations as required.
- Ensure adherence to workplace privacy and data confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
- Utilize computer applications for data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports as needed.
