Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with CSR teams, foundations, and ecosystem networks.
- Pitch ImpactBox platforms and offerings to potential clients and collaborators.
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, MoUs, and onboarding conversations with partners.
2. Client Engagement & Retention
Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (content, tech, analytics) to fulfill client requirements.Track client account performance and generate periodic impact reports.3. Platform Growth & Outreach
Curate and lead campaigns to drive platform visibility, registrations, and usage.Represent ImpactBox in CSR events, webinars, conferences, and forums.Build alliances with sector influencers, incubators, and CSR consultants.4. Strategy, Analytics & Insights
Monitor engagement data and trends to optimize outreach and user journeys.Contribute to product roadmap with client feedback and market insights.Prepare dashboards, pitch decks, and review presentations.Mandatory Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in CSR consulting, partnerships, ecosystem development, or B2B SaaS / social-tech sales.Proven track record in business development, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, digital outreach tools, and reporting dashboards.What You'll Gain
