Partnerships and Alliance Manager Role Overview
As a Partnerships and Alliance Manager, you will focus on building and growing strong partnerships that complement our solutions and help both businesses grow together. You will lead the creation of new strategic alliances, nurture existing ones, and make sure partnership plans run smoothly. Your work will help us expand internationally and bring more value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development teams to create and execute partnership strategies that support business goals.
- Design and launch partnership programs and campaigns that encourage collaboration and growth.
- Find and engage new partners to build joint solutions that benefit both companies.
- Manage relationships with current partners, making sure commitments are met and customers succeed.
- Track partnership results, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to improve.
- Collaborate with sales and regional teams to maximize partnership opportunities and growth.
- Align partnership activities with regional goals and share progress and success metrics.
- Monitor the pipeline of partnership opportunities and work with Sales and Marketing to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience closing complex partnership deals internationally, ideally in the Middle East, Europe, Singapore, Malaysia and beyond.Experience creating and managing partner programs, especially in SaaS, cloud, or compliance software.Strong business sense with the ability to spot and develop strategic partnership opportunities.Excellent communication skills to build trust and influence people at all levels.Strong ownership of partnership processes from start to finish.Understanding the difference between traditional channel sales and solution-based partnerships, with a preference for those experienced in solution-centric approaches.Skills Required
