Digital Transformation Manager

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage. Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives, while adopting new technologies, including automation, digital orchestration, AI, machine learning, and chatbots. Conduct digital maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization. Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact. Benchmark industry trends and incorporate best practices into transformation planning. Partner with functional leaders to understand pain points and co-create digital solutions. Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams around transformation goals. Communicate progress, risks, and wins to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Build coalitions across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of digital tools and practices Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (generative AI, Agentic AI, etc.) to enhance operations. Oversee system integrations and ensure interoperability across platforms. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital tools and services. Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld in all implementations. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation and automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and define Work plan, Scope, Schedule, Efforts, Budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring timely escalation when needed. Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards. Define success metrics and KPIs for transformation initiative. Use dashboards and analytics tools to track progress and identify bottlenecks. Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and extract learnings. Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement. Manage relationships with technology providers and external service providers. Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and external forums to stay informed on emerging technologies and digital innovation trends. Engage with industry peers to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices. Collaborate with external consultants for specialized projects and expertise.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project Management certification is a strong advantage
