Manager - Engineering - Forging

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in forging operations to lead our engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that engineering strategies and processes are aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery . This role is critical in enabling the company to compete effectively in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engineering strategies specific to forging operations, aligned with company goals.
• Ensure engineering processes consistently meet price, quality, and delivery (PQD) targets.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in forging techniques to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead and mentor the forging engineering team to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
• Monitor engineering KPIs and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety norms, and internal quality systems.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and equipment relevant to forging operations.
