KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Title : Engineering Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas

Location : Mumbai, India

Experience : 20+ years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Provide technical direction across detailed engineering, FEED, and EPC phases.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project management teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Drive design optimization, constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams for high-performance delivery.

Requirements :

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore oil & gas engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership / managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in offshore structures, topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.
  • Hands-on knowledge of engineering software (STAAD, SACS, PDMS, etc.) and international standards.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex offshore projects.
