Engineering Manager - C++ / Unix

Job description12+ years of C++ development with at least 3 years in leadership Solid experience in multithreading and Linux-based systems Strong debugging, testing, and CI / CD background Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration. Knowledge of networking protocols or distributed systems; Exposure to C++20, Boost, STL, or other modern C++ libraries; Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools; Familiarity with Java (Spring Boot) and Redis.
Role Overview :
As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team building scalable C++ / Unix systems and ensure successful collaboration across global development teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a strong backend engineering team.
- Deliver performant, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices and architecture.
- Coordinate with global peers on project planning and delivery.
