About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidding Expert to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in writing persuasive proposals, identifying high-value projects, and converting leads into successful deals on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn .
This role is ideal for someone who understands the tech service industry and can represent our brand with confidence and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant jobs on Upwork and other freelance portals daily.
- Write custom, high-converting proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and follow-ups .
- Track, analyze, and improve proposal conversion rates.
- Communicate effectively with clients during the pre-sales process.
