Works under lead / manager supervisionShould know how to create sales orders, m onitors order statuses from arrival through booking and works to eliminate gated orders.Apply and remove holds, resolve pricing issues, split, and combine lines in Oracle.Work closely with Lead / manager to track KPI s and daily deliverables.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with external departments, including North America Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Planning, Pricing, and PLM teams.Adheres to order documentation policies, maintains all required recordsTracking customer interactions with customer service tickets (Salesforce, CRM).Work closely with Logistics for shipments, POD, and logistics quality issues - Wrong / missing shipment, transit damage etcW ork in shift 1pm to 10pm to support North America customer deliverbalesWho you are and what you bring :
- Bachelor s Degree required with knowledge of sales operation and order management
- 0-2 years of experience managing global customers and i nternal stakeholder s .
- Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and effectively prioritize tasks to meet company business objectives
- Organized with strong work ethic, attention to details, and excellent communication skills
- Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals
- Basic skills with Excel and hands on in Oracle / SAP ERP , CRM
- Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision
- Focused and driven to meet deadlines for regularly scheduled activities
- Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to requests from internal and external customers .
