Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Operations Associate – AI who will focus on designing, testing, and optimizing prompts and workflows that directly solve customer pain points and deliver measurable business value. This role blends AI experimentation, product thinking, and customer-centric operations , making it ideal for someone excited about building the future of intelligent applications.

What You'll Work On

• Design and develop prompts for AI applications that address customer pain points and deliver real business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate user needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze and iterate on prompts using performance metrics and user feedback to ensure quality and reliability.
• Build evaluation frameworks that measure what matters most to customers — accuracy, relevance, and real-world usefulness.
• Run A / B tests to optimize for customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.
• Define and maintain customer-centric metrics and dashboards around satisfaction, performance, and outcomes.
• Conduct research and experiments to test new prompting techniques and optimize workflows for customer value, not just technical performance.
• Explore and prototype the latest AI advancements to unlock significant customer value and drive growth.
