What You'll Do
- As a Sales Development Associate (SDA) at our Stripe Delivery Centers, you will drive Stripes future growth engine by working with our Sales Development Representatives and the Account Executive team to identify high quality leads and collaboratively build Stripes sales pipeline
- You will conduct highly targeted research to identify high quality leads and manage early activities in the sales funnel
- You will lead research efforts to identify decision makers, curate lead lists, craft outreach messages, and confirm support ability with Stripes policies

Responsibilities
Research high potential companies and identify key decision makers and contacts for sales outreachExecute Outbound Sales plays created by MarketingCurate and improve lead listsResearch specific criteria for each contact (name, title, phone number, personalized email address, potential interest areas, potential pain points)Effectively work through lead list meeting / exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting effortsSet up sales campaigns and leads within SalesForce to facilitate tracking and efficient outreach Craft suggested personalized outreach message including, outreach emails, cold call speaking points, and introductory meeting talking pointsCollaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messagingWho You Are

2-3 year of experience in the sales operations / research functionYou have some experience with sales tools (e g Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Salesloft etc)You have a user first mindset and are energized by the challenge of solving difficult problemsYou have excellent communication skills, both written and verballyYou excel in analytical thinking, open ended research, and problem solvingYou enjoy learning about technical products and processes, you are an organized, self-starter with passion for finding solutionsYou have a process-oriented mindset and ability to get things doneYou enjoy working in an in-office environment with strong cross team collaboration and supportYou are able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick-moving environmentYou are humble and have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partnersIn-office expectationsOffice-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with usersThis expectation may vary depending on role, team and locationFor example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the officeAlso, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discussThis approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possiblePay and benefits
