Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads coming through multiple sources.
Engage with merchants via calls / emails, understand their requirements , and recommend the most suitable Cashfree solutions.
Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence.
Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
Provide a smooth onboarding experience , acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other Cashfree products to existing merchants.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.
What You Will Need :
2+ years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
Experience with high-volume calling and relationship-building.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets .
Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting and trusted merchant relationships.
