Associate / Senior Associate Inbound Sales

What You Will Do :

• Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads coming through multiple sources.
• Engage with merchants via calls / emails, understand their requirements , and recommend the most suitable Cashfree solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
• Provide a smooth onboarding experience , acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other Cashfree products to existing merchants.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.
