We are seeking a motivated HR Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our HR staff and other employees. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for HR staff and employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain training records and reports on participant progress.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and incorporate them into training modules.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR training or related roles.Strong presentation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Skills Required
