Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an HR Faculty, located in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty will be responsible for conducting lectures, organizing workshops, mentoring students, and developing curriculum related to HR topics. Additional responsibilities include attending departmental meetings, collaborating with faculty members, and staying updated with industry

2-3 year

• Experience in HR Management, including employee relations, recruitment, and training
• Ability to develop and deliver curriculum content effectively
• Strong mentorship and motivational skills for guiding students
• Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members and administrative staff
